How to Get A Good Sleep...



There are several ways how to get a good sleep every night....





First tips:Keep a regular sleep schedule.

  • Set a regular bedtime - Go to bed at the same time every night ,and choose a time that you normally feel tired,so you don't toss and turn.


  • wake up at the same time every day - try to maintain your regular wake up - even on weekends.
  • Be smart about napping - taking a nap can be agreat recharge , especially for older and adult.

Second tips :regulate your sleep - wake cycle.

  •  turn off television and computer - television can stimulate the mind,rather than relaxing it..try to listen thing that can give you relaxing mood to sleep like slow music 
  • use low - wattage bulb
  • make the room in dark condition - the darker the room the better you'll sleep 






Third tips : create a relaxing bedtime.

  • Keep noisy down 

  • Keep your room in cool condition - because the temperature of the room affect the sleep.

  • make sure the bed is comfortable to sleep




Fourth tips :Eat and do exercise regularly.

  • Don't take a big meals at night - eat dinner earlier in the evening and avoid heavy food

  • Avoid taking alcohol before going to the bed

  • Cut down on caffeine _ caffeine can cause sleep problem
