How to release stress








Do you know how to release stress??????????,,,here is some tips how to release stress.



  • take a slow deep breath,through your mouse and nose.


  • exprees what you feel to people that your can share a problem

  • Drink 8 glass of water
  •  have some fun with playing some game

  • Express your anger to the person involved the moment it"s experienced

  • Avoid doing anything to excess ,having a fun

  • Crying is nature way to release tension 

  • Make commitment to expand your Spiritual , Mental ,Emotion and Physical Well - Being

  • When have a problem,,,,see a counselor or go to the person who will help you solve the problem
  • do some exercises,,,that will make you release your tension
