- take a slow deep breath,through your mouse and nose.
- have some fun with playing some game
- Express your anger to the person involved the moment it"s experienced
- Avoid doing anything to excess ,having a fun
- Crying is nature way to release tension
- Make commitment to expand your Spiritual , Mental ,Emotion and Physical Well - Being
- When have a problem,,,,see a counselor or go to the person who will help you solve the problem
- do some exercises,,,that will make you release your tension
